We do not issue tickets, process payments for airlines, or make final decisions. All final outcomes (refunds, changes, waivers) are determined solely by the airline, OTA, or hotel.


3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee any specific result. Approval or denial of cancellations, refunds, or modifications is entirely at the discretion of the respective travel provider.


4. Fees and Consent

We may charge a one-time service fee for assisting with your travel request. This fee:

  • Is explained clearly before any payment is requested

  • Is only charged after you confirm by email or verbal consent

  • Is not automatically deducted or billed without your approval

We do not collect or store any card or bank information. Payments, if required, are processed through secure third-party systems.


5. Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

  • Contact information

We are not liable for errors, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by you.


6. Call Recording and Communication

By contacting us via phone, you agree that:

  • Your call may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes

  • You can opt out of communications at any time by informing us

Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount of the service fee paid to us.
